Mixoligist is to bartender as chef is to cook. At least, that’s how I define mixology. Mixology is one of those buzz terms that is quite the rage nowadays. Brian Stanger has taken over the position at Shaun’s down in Inman park. I myself, have never heard of him and a quick search turned up nothing (unless this is the same guy). That said, I’m going to try and make it down there. The “cocktail party” starts at 10, but I’m sure he’ll be around beforehand for those of you that want dinner.
