This may be the type of thing that is already passé by the time you see this. Heck, this may be done before I finish getting this post up. According to his facebook status, Richard Blais is going to be offering up a tasting menu somewhere in the ATL. Scheduled for the end of August/beginning of September, it appears there will be multiple nights; but, he is limiting them to 20 heads/seating.
